| Swati is a Director at Emtex, having joined the firm as a second generation entrepreneur in 2011. |
| Till 2011, Swati was a principal at Opera Solutions, management consulting and advisory firm, headquartered in New York. Swati established Opera’s India operations and grew that to 100+ employees. Swati was also instrumental in establishing and growing the company’s Private equity advisory business. Swati joined Opera when it was 15 FTEs, and left when it was 500+ with $100M in revenues |
| Prior to Opera, Swati was a consultant at Bain and Co. in Boston. She has a B.E in Computer Science from Delhi Institute of Technology (Delhi University) and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University |
